Our Story
Following the credit crisis of 2008, an experienced mortgage lender of 15 years made a drastic pivot from mortgage origination to acquiring and renovating distressed real property for profit. What he learned throughout the process of building a portfolio of multi-family properties proved to be invaluable to other investors who sought to transform their “hobby” into a predictable, well managed business. LaRon Trotter, Founder of WiSat Construction, believes that our most valuable asset as professionals is time.
